Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using the App, including your card collections and notes.
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Push the Button Productions operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
